What you need to know about Smart Helpers Center

  • Employer Registration: An employer is required to register themselves in order to be able to use Smart Helpers Center Services
  • Employer Hiring: After successful registration, an employer will be able to hire helpers according to his/her specifications. We charge a placement of R950 for non-emergency (full time and part time placement). We also offer Helper Appointment services at an additional cost of R450 which include Contract setup, salary negotiation and more, learn more here
  • Emergency Service: This is a once-off service that an employer may need on a particular day. For example as an employer, you may need a cleaning or babysitting service on a certain day when your helper is on leave or a public holiday or a weekend, or even when you are still waiting to hire another helper.
  • Referral Program: Successful referral is rewarded at R100 for each successful referral
  • Helper Registration: Any new helper wishing to join Smart Helpers Center must fill our Helper Contact form, call us on 087 095 5315 or WhatsApp us on 067 817 5313
  • Helper Process: Our process includes Registration & Vetting, Training and Certification the Placement.
  • Pocket Friendly Program for Helpers: We know times are tough, we have therefore designed pocket friendly programs to make the journey affordable for our Smart Helpers
