What you need to know about Smart Helpers Center

  • Hospitality Staffing Solutions: Services relating to hospitality personnel recruitment; e.g. staffing, personnel management…
  • Domestic Services: Services relating domestic work such as Hiring a Helper, Training a Helper, Buying Helper’s Uniforms.
  • Emergency Service: This is a once-off service that an employer may need on a particular day. For example as an employer, you may need a cleaning or babysitting service on a certain day when your helper is on leave or a public holiday or a weekend, or even when you are still waiting to hire another helper.
  • Emergency Helpers: Domestic housekeepers, cleaners, nannies or childminders that are appointed on a once-off basis.
  • Transit Helpers: Domestic workers that are hired for a short period of time, generally for less than 30 days. Transit Helpers are mostly hired as interim domestic workers to stand in for another helper that is unavailable or before a permanent helper is employed…
  • Referral Program: Successful referral is rewarded at R100 for each successful referral, T&C’s apply
