1. TRAINING AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents a Service Level Agreement ("SLA" or "Agreement") between Smart Helper Center Pty (Ltd) and candidates
receiving training at Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd) Offices.
This Agreement remains valid until superseded by a revised agreement mutually endorsed by the stakeholders.
1.2 Learning Objectives
Learning objectives of each training will be explained on the day of registration and repeated on the training day. These objectives will also
be contained in manuals provided.
1.3 Training Fees
The candidate shall pay to Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd) fees and expenses in the amounts and according to the payment schedule and
arrangement signed at registration.
1.4 Training Manual
Candidates will be provided with a training manual on the day of training. This manual shall NOT be reproduced or distributed, in whole or
in part without prior written permission of Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd).
1.5 Training Certificates
Training certificates will be issued approximately 3 weeks after training.
Certificates will only be issued if the full payment have been received.
1.6 Cancelation of Training by candidate
We have a non-refundable policy on all cancellation. No-show will be considered a cancellation.
However, if for any reason a specific candidate cannot attend the training, they will be required to notify Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd)
office 24 Hours before training start to reschedule.
1.7 Cancellation of Training by Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd)
Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd) withholds the right to cancel the training at any given time for any serious reason including but not limited
to planned load shedding, sudden power cut, facilitator unavailability, training room unavailability. In this unfortunate event, the candidate
will be informed, and the training will be stopped and re-scheduled for another date.
