Rest assured we will do our best to match you with a Helper that meets your requirements. Our process is very simple:

  1. Request – Completed!
  2. Select – We will send you few profiles of Helpers that fit your needs
    • Review and shortlist Helper profiles and book interview with us
    • We run interviews telephonically for free; video & face-to-face interviews can be organized on request for a fee
    • Let us know who you select as your preferred Helper
  3. Hire – Sign our SLA and process our once-off placement fee to get:
    • 1 Helper full profile (ID copy, criminal record report, personal & background check info)
    • 1 Free exchange of Helper within 90 days of hiring
    • 90 days of Helper management support
    • Applicable discounts at your next service with us
