Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd) offers training to upskill learners, this is a paid service. Payments are made towards the selected training course.
Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd) does NOT charge for placement, NOR guarantees job placement! However,
we are committed to assisting our smart helpers in finding jobs that suit their skills and needs.
1. TRAINING AGREEMENT
1.1 Agreement Overview - This Agreement represents a Service Level Agreement ("SLA" or "Agreement") between Smart Helper Center Pty (Ltd) and candidates receiving training at Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd) Offices.
This Agreement remains valid until superseded by a revised agreement mutually endorsed by the stakeholders.
1.2 Learning Objectives - Learning objectives of each training will be explained on the day of registration and repeated on the training day. These objectives will also be contained in manuals provided.
1.3 Training Fees - The candidate shall pay to Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd) fees and expenses. The helper or candidate hereby agrees he/she is responsible for their own Training fees, regardless of any payment option. The payment options have been designed to make the program affordable and the payment more manageable, however, should the helper or candidate fail to honor the chosen payment option within the agreed upon timeframe, the full balance will become immediately due.
1.4 Training Manual - Candidates will be provided with a training manual on the day of training. This manual shall NOT be reproduced or distributed, in whole or in part without prior written permission of Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd).
1.5 Training Certificates - Training certificates will be issued approximately 3 weeks after training. Certificates will only be issued if the full payment have been received.
1.6 Cancelation of Training by candidate - We have a non-refundable policy on all cancellation. No-show will be considered a cancellation.
1.7 However, if for any reason a specific candidate cannot attend the training, they will be required to notify Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd) office 24 Hours before training start to reschedule.
1.8 Cancellation of Training by Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd) -Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd) Withholds the right to cancel the training at any given time for any serious reason including but not limited to planned load shedding, sudden power cut, facilitator unavailability, training room unavailability. In this unfortunate event, the candidate will be informed, and the training will be stopped and re-scheduled for another date.



2. GENERAL – PLACEMENT & POST TRAINING TERMS
2.1 I hereby declare that the information given by me in my application with Smart Helpers Center Pty (LTD) is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. In case any information given in this application proves to be false or incorrect, I shall be responsible for the consequences. I also declare that if any information provided by me is found false, my candidature may be rejected at any point of time.
2.2 I hereby freely authorize Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd) to collect my personal data and share it with its agents, authorized service providers and marketing partners for the purpose of finding me employment.
2.3 I consent to Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd) and , its agents, authorized service providers and marketing partners collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing my personal data, in order to contact me about products and services marketed by Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd) or its partners as well as benefits, promotions and rewards, via the modes selected above and using my contact particulars which Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd) may have in its records from time to time .
2.4 Should the HELPER be placed by Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd) and quit work without receiving approval from Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd), or should the HELPER be dismissed for gross misconduct, the training/uniform debt will due and payable immediately
2.5 Should the HELPER be placed by Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd) and fail to report to work on the first day of service without notice or any provable valid reason, this contract shall immediately terminate, the HELPER shall be blacklisted from Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd)'s database and the training/uniform debt will become immediately payable. Legal actions will be taken against the HELPER to recover Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd)'s monies.

2.6 Early Termination
In the event that the EMPLOYER terminates this contract before the end of the 90 days support period, the HELPER shall be subjected to Smart Helpers Center Pty (Ltd)'s internal early termination procedures which includes but is not to limited to:
2.6.1 Early termination fact finding to determine merits
2.6.2 Reporting to the office to give a statement
2.6.3 Any disciplinary processes instituted
2.6.4 The outcome of the termination procedures will be communicated to the HELPER.
2.6.5 The training and uniform debt of HELPER's whose contract terminated because of misconduct shall become immediately due and payable; the salary received on termination will be fully used towards training debt which will be due and payable immediately.
